CIM is about business owners helping their peers through
the challenges and changes that every company encounters.

CIM - The Business
Owners' Forum is a group of owners of progressive businesses
located in
Southeastern Wisconsin who share experiences and expertise
in an effort to help each other succeed. Membership is comprised
of a variety of companies ranging from manufacturers and
wholesalers to retailers and service industries.
Our purpose
is to provide members with opportunities to exchange information
and expertise that will help them achieve
short and long-term goals, improving the day-to-day operation
and management of their companies.
What We Do
CIM offers members diverse opportunities
to discuss and analyze business issues. Dinner speakers
provide ongoing education
on timely topics. Luncheon meetings offer informal roundtables
for discussions of pre-arranged topics chosen by members.
"On call boards of directors" – CIM
members, are available to help members find solutions to
specific
situations in an open, but confidential environment. By
sharing experiences and expertise, CIM:
-
Provides a sounding
board for ideas, proposals and possibilities.
-
Helps
business owners deal with growth and change.
-
Offers
peer support for the challenges of running a business.
-
Keeps
members aware of current legislative, financial
and academic issues.
